All the apartments are the same inside and are equally equipped, however you can choose between :

• top floor flats with a large terrace and views over the sea.
• apartments situated at the front of the building with a big balcony and views over the sea.
• apartments situated at the back of the building with a big balcony and without views, but overlooking a very quiet street, with no traffic.

Inside distribution and equipment:

They are studio-apartments divided in different areas:

• Kitchen/dining/sitting-room. Equipped with:
• cooker, fridge and kitchen things
• table and 4 chairs
• sofa-bed
• television

• Bedroom with two beds and a cradle for babies ( an additional bed available on request).
• Bathroom with hot and cold water.
• Terrace with table and chairs.

Facilities:

There is a solarium on the top floor of the building where you can enjoy sunbathing. On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant with views over the sea and very special prices for the clients of the apartments.

Besides we have Wifi Zone with free access to Internet.
